Auto Reorder Terms and Conditions:

  • MyMediMart.com will send a reorder confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email after each Auto Reorder is processed and shipped.
  • By requesting an Auto Reorder, you authorize MyMediMart.com to charge your credit card for subsequent orders until you cancel.
  • Unless directed otherwise in writing by the customer, MyMediMart.com will automatically bill the credit card used for the initial order or the credit card given when the Auto Reorder plan is created for all subsequent orders.
  • All Auto Reorder program shipments will be charged on the day the order is forwarded to the warehouse for processing. On all reorders, customers will be charged the lowest available price for each item at the time of processing.
  • The price paid for an item in the initial order is not guaranteed for subsequent orders. Customers will not be notified of price changes before subsequent orders are processed and shipped. Sales tax, if applicable, will be applied to each Auto Reorder shipment.
  • The Medical Supply Depot.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

Refer a friend terms and conditions:

  • You must have an existing account with MyMediMart.com to participate in this program.
  • The customer that you refer must be someone who does not have an existing account with MyMediMart.com, or any account associated to an address that has an account.
  • The customer that you refer must place a minimum order of $100 or more for you to receive your gift certificate.
  • MyMediMart reserves the right to deny you this promotion if we feel you are not acting in accordance to these terms and conditions.
  • MyMediMart reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the customer participating in this refer a friend program, and to deny you the promotion if we believe the identity provided is false or inaccurate.
  • MyMediMart reserves the right to discontinue or modify our refer a friend program at any time.

Order Terms and Conditions:

  • You agree to the purchase of an order and for the total amounts stated in your shopping cart totals, when you confirm your order at checkout. You agree to pay all payments owed to MyMediMart on time, including any taxes applied to your order. For international orders, please call us at 1.870.569.6334. To edit or cancel an order please call us at 1.870.569.6334 and we will try to accommodate you, if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. MyMediMart is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive.
