Return a Product

MyMediMart.com takes great pride in offering the absolute best in medical supplies and equipment from leading companies and your satisfaction is our driving motive. However, you may occasionally find it necessary to return or exchange an item.

Most items may be returned within 20 days of delivery and must be returned at the customer’s expense. All returns or exchanges are subject to an industry-standard restocking fee of up to 20% and for all item(s) or orders that received the free shipping promotion; our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, items such as incontinence, ostomy, urology, gloves, hand splints, all bathroom safety items, oxygen cylinders (tanks) and regulators and items designed for single-use cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products that are still considered to be in new condition or are not yet opened, as well as additional items marked specifically as non-returnable in the item description.

To avoid the restocking fee: a - You may return the product for a store credit towards a future purchase of equal or greater value. Shipping charges do not qualify as a credit. b - You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.

To qualify for a return please note the following:

Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items must be returned within 20 days
you must have a return authorization number to qualify for a return (see below)

To exchange a product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will ship out the replacement product.

Regrettably, we do not refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your order. If your return is the result of our error, MyMediMart will cover the shipping charges for your returned product.

If we shipped your package and it was returned to us, your shipping charges will not be refunded and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If any of the above conditions are not met, MyMediMart reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your return once we receive it. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to complete the entire return/refund process.

Absolutely No Returns will be accepted on the following items:

Custom made products (Namely: UMF products, Columbia sinks products, exam room flags, exam tables, and any product with a color choice selection. This also includes products that are ordered in very large quantities.)
BCI products (exchanges only)
Special order products
Certain items are dropshipped directly from our vendors and therefore some returns and exchanges will be subject to the vendors’ return policy. This includes most products from: Graham Field, Drive Medical and ADC of which restocking fees are as high as 25% on returns or exchanges.
Items received as gifts are for exchange only.

Cancelling orders:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. A $5.00 fee will apply for all cancelled orders.

Return Instructions:

Once you have met the above requirements you will need to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. Please call us at 1.870.569.6334 or fill out the form below.

Email request for return authorization number and return address. Please note: You will recieve your RA# within 2-3 Business day.
