How do I place an order online?

What is the cost of shipping: Shipping charges are based on our shipping carriers rates. On certain items, Free shipping is marked and there will be no additional charges for shipping those items. We have secured extremely low rates from UPS and Fedex so that you should not have to spend any extra unnecessary money for shipping charges.
What happens if I order an item, and it just ran out of stock?
  • We can substitute that item for a nearly identical item that we have in stock
  • We can deliver or ship that item to you, free of charge, when it comes back in stock

When will my order ship and arrive: Most orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped the same day, orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next business day.   • Choose the auto reorder schedule from the dropdown for when you would like this item to be delivered to you.

If you notify us of an Auto Reorders plan cancellation with less than two business days notice, your final order may be shipped and will be cancelled before the next shipment.
What is Rapid Reorder/Auto Reorder and how does it work? Rapid Reorder is a quick and great way to order a whole shopping list of any size with one click of the mouse! You can order from shopping lists that you have saved in your account, or reorder previous orders. You can also set up an automatic reorder so that you will simply receive the product whenever you wish with no effort on your part. Here is how it works:
  • Click on the Rapid Reorder Button found on the top of the site
  • Sign into your account if you have not yet signed in
  • Choose from a saved shopping list or reorder an old order of yours
  • You can edit any of the lists before placing the order
